Policies

Ordering

As kolekcija.lv store goods are offered online, kolekcija.lv store managing organization "VP un partneri" SIA , registration number 44103123973, legal address Pulkveza Brieza street 50, Sigulda, Latvia LV-2150 and the Client in the time of purchase is signing a Distance contract.

All prices are shown with 21% VAT.

While making a purchase order, buyer is required to provide his/her e-mail address to recieve the purchase order confirmation and prefered payment type confirmation documents, pre-paid invoice or payment card receipt

Payment

For kolekcija.lv products it is possible to pay using following methods: with pre-paid money transfer via bank or at our stour Kolekcija, Elizabetes street 81.
As payment option it is possible to use Gift card, that was purchased on kolekcija.lv servicing company "VP un partneri" SIA .

If purchase sum is larger than gift card sum, buyer can pay for outstanding part of payment either with pre-paid money transfer invoice via bank or with payment card online.

Delivery time and rules

Delivery times are given individualy for every product in individual description.

After making a purchase, buyer will recieve a phone call, an e-mail or SMS message which will contain the delivery time for Your purchased goods depending on chosen delivery method.

For specific delivery time buyer may be informed in every individual case, if the order is associated with unique design product or specific individual orders.

The standard delivery times are as following: up to 3 days, if the goods are in sellers stock, 14 days, if goods are in suppliers stock or individualy if goods are made for custom order.
Client can recieve their order in three different ways: free of charge, by coming to our botique "Kolekcija", Elizabetes street 81, Riga, LV-1050 during working hours or agreeing of specific time, for extra cherge there is possibility to recieve the goods at selected post office, via courrier or parcel machine.

For delivery and courrier services,extra cost is calculated depending on the size of selected goods and selected delivery method's tarrifs. Extra charge will be applied if the product is fragile.

Store does not take responsibility for delays of delivery if client is not present at delivery address at the time of delivery, given a wrong delivery address or has not arrived to recieve goods in person at the seller office.

Buyer agrees, that in special occasions delivery of the order might be delayed due to the circumstances not connected to the sellers activities. About sucha situation buyer will be informed as soon as possible.

Goods are delivered to the client who is named in purchase order. If the reciever of delivery is other person, please inform store about it, for delivery to be successful and without misunderstandings.

If, delivery was not made or goods were damaged in delivery process, store will refund the payment for purchase, after it has recieved compensation from associated delivery company.

If goods are damaged in delivery process, buyer has the rights to return the goods, without delivery costs.

If the packaging of the goods is damaged in the process of delivery, it must be specified at the presence of the courrier, by noting the damage on the delivery confirmation form.

Delivery costs

It is possible to collect goods without extra delivery costs at botique Kolekcija, Elizabetes street 81, Riga, LV-1050, on a time agreed individually, after the goods are recieved from supplier.

Every individual goods delivery costs are depending from delivery method and it is cauculated and shown while forming the purchase order.

Warranties

Every product has specific warranty period, which is given by manufacturer, brand or store.

Each product's specific warranty period is mentioned in the associated products description.

Products user manual can be recieved with goods or in e-mail, after client has recieved the goods.

Please read the user manual before using the product.

Refunds and returns

Buyer can refuse the product in 14 days after the delivery, without giving a reason.

In order to refuse the goods, buyer has to fill the goods refund form and send it to e-mail info@kolekcija.lv. In E-mail buyer must provide bank info to which buyer wishes to recieve the refund for the value of goods.

The value of the goods will be refunded once the seller recieves the goods back, but refund will not include delivery costs.

It is not possible to refund goods that spoil in short period of time, food items, specially manifactured or personilized goods or goods that have lost value by using them.
